Our design and engineering department uses a combination of experience and technology to create superior tools. We specialize in die cast dies, plastic molds, and trim dies. Designing dies and molds with the customer in mind. We focus on meeting all specific standards while offering simple, cost effective maintenance and interchangeability solutions. Our choice to use the latest Cimatron design software has streamlined the design process.

Design updates and engineering changes can be completed faster. Our process is more efficient because of integrated CAM capabilities in the software and our over 25 years of engineering experience. We not only offer complete mold and die design, but can also engineer changes to existing tooling. Other services include: 3D modeling, part detailing, reverse engineering and electrode pulling.
